Yoonjeong Lim, MS, OT
Graduate Research Assistant
Yoonjeong Lim is a fifth year doctoral student in the Rehabilitation Science program at the University of Florida. She is a graduate research assistant working on the Nonpharmacologic Management of Challenging Behaviors in Veterans with Dementia HSR&D-funded project at the NF/SGVHS Center of Innovation on Disability and Rehabilitation Research VISN 8 (CINDRR). Ms. Lim received her B.S. and M.S in Occupational Therapy at Yonsei University in South Korea. She is a licensed occupational therapist in South Korea and has worked with children with developmental disabilities. Ms. Lim's research centers on quality of life in children with rare diseases, including Duchenne muscular dystrophy and Barth syndrome, and how the disease affects their families. Her dissertation is about the impact of child, family, and healthcare service satisfaction on family functioning and quality of life in families of children with rare diseases.
