Dr. Phillips' areas of interest include outcome measures for prosthetic and orthopedic impairments, assistive device development, and balance, clinical, and neurological measures of device performance and outcomes. Sam is currently participating in the VA home study of the DEKA arm, a multi-degree of freedom prosthetic arm.
